Cracked Out Tater Tot Casserole
Ingredients:
1 (32 oz) bag frozen tater tots
3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
1 (1 oz) packet ranch seasoning mix
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
1/4 cup green onions, sliced
Directions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Mix the Sauce:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, and ranch seasoning mix. Stir until smooth.
Combine Ingredients:
Add the cooked chicken, half of the shredded cheddar cheese, half of the bacon, and the frozen tater tots to the sauce mixture. Stir until the tater tots are well coated.
Assemble the Casserole:
Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
Add Toppings:
Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese and bacon on top.
Bake:
Bake uncovered for 40-45 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the tater tots are golden brown.
Garnish and Serve:
Remove from the oven and garnish with sliced green onions. Let the casserole cool for 5 minutes before serving.
