Looking for a delicious and comforting meal? This Garlic Parmesan Chicken Tenderloin & Steak Bake is served with Cheesy Loaded Mashed Potatoes, providing the ultimate combination of flavors that will satisfy everyone at the table.

Ingredients:

For the Chicken Tenderloin & Steak:

– 2 chicken tenderloins, cubed

– 2 ribeye steaks, cubed

– 2 tablespoons olive oil

– 4 cloves garlic, minced

– Salt and black pepper to taste

– 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

For the Cheesy Loaded Mashed Potatoes:

– 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed

– 1/2 cup milk

– 1/4 cup sour cream

– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

– 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

– 2 tablespoons butter

– Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. In a large bowl, combine the cubed chicken tenderloins and ribeye steaks. Add olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Toss until everything is well coated.

3. Place the meat mixture into a baking dish, spreading it out evenly. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.

4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken and steak are cooked through and golden brown.

5. While the meat is baking, prepare the mashed potatoes. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and add the cubed potatoes. Cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes, and drain.

6. In the same pot, mash the potatoes while gradually adding in milk, sour cream, butter, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.

7. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon into the mashed potatoes.

8. Serve the Garlic Parmesan Chicken Tenderloin & Steak alongside the Cheesy Loaded Mashed Potatoes, garnishing with fresh chopped parsley.
