Instructions

 Prepare the Cream Pudding Layer

In a large mixing bowl, pour 2 cups heavy cream, ½ cup powdered sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Beat with an electric mixer on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form — the cream should be thick and hold its shape.
This will be your cream pudding base.

Tip: Chill your mixing bowl and beaters beforehand for faster whipping.

 Prepare the Biscuit Layer

Pour ¼ cup warm milk into a shallow bowl.
Quickly dip each biscuit into the warm milk — just a quick dip! Don’t soak, or they’ll fall apart.

 Assemble the Layers

Take a rectangular or square glass serving dish (about 8×8 inches or similar).

  2. Biscuit Layer: Arrange a layer of milk-dipped biscuits over the cream.
  3. Cream Layer: Spread another layer of whipped cream over the biscuits.
  4. Strawberry Layer: Evenly scatter sliced strawberries over the cream.

Repeat these layers — biscuits, cream, strawberries — until you run out of ingredients.
Finish with a final layer of whipped cream on top.

 Garnish

Decorate the top with extra strawberry slices or a sprinkle of crushed biscuits for texture and beauty.

 Chill to Perfection

Cover the dish tightly with plastic wrap or a lid.
Refrigerate for at least 6 hours (or overnight) to allow the biscuits to soften and the flavors to blend together.
