Chicken Bacon Ranch Tater Tot Casserole
Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 (32 oz) bag frozen tater tots
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Chopped green onions (for garnish)
Directions
Prepare the Mixture:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until smooth.
Stir in the cooked chicken, crumbled turkey bacon, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
Assemble the Casserole:
Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
Top with frozen tater tots, arranging them in an even layer.
Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese over the top.
Bake the Casserole:
Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the tater tots are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
Serve and Enjoy:
Garnish with chopped green onions for extra flavor. Serve warm and enjoy!
