Sautéed Beef with Onions : A Quick and Delicious Recipe

Ingredients:

– 500 g beef (thinly sliced)
– 3 onions (medium, sliced)
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 clove garlic (crushed)
– 1 teaspoon thyme
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon pepper
– 100 ml meat stock
– 1 tablespoon soy sauce (optional)

Instructions:

1. In a large frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

2. Add the onions and sauté until golden and caramelized, about 5 to 7 minutes. Stir regularly.

3. Stir in the crushed garlic, thyme, salt and pepper. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.

4. Add the minced beef to the pan. Cook until browned, about 5 to 6 minutes.

5. Pour the beef stock and soy sauce (if using) into the pan. Stir and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes, until the sauce has thickened slightly.

6. Serve hot, with rice or pasta for a complete and tasty meal.
